Responsibilities and Duties Make initial contact with leads and partners interested in the developer's projects. Qualify and understand each lead's profile (needs, purchase timing, investment capacity). Maintain and update accurate and complete information in the CRM. Schedule meetings and site visits with the commercial team or partner brokers. Monitor the opportunity pipeline and ensure follow\-up with ongoing leads. Support marketing campaigns and demand-generation initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, commercial coordination, and partnership teams to optimize lead conversion. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed high school (college degree in progress or completed, optional). **Experience:** At least 6 months to 1 year in sales, commercial service, or pre\-sales (real estate). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact effectively with diverse customer profiles. Basic CRM knowledge (CV CRM optional).
