The **Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst** is a key piece of our information security strategy. This professional is responsible for ensuring that the right people have the **appropriate access** to technological resources at the right time and for the right reasons. You will design, implement, and manage the processes and technologies that control the identity and access lifecycle, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. We are seeking someone residing in **Joinville/SC (or nearby regions)** to work in a **hybrid model.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * **Identity Lifecycle Management:** Manage the full lifecycle of user identities (creation, modification, deactivation, and deletion of accounts) across various systems and applications. * **Access Administration:** Manage permissions and access profiles, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege. * **Authentication and Authorization:** Implement and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and other access control mechanisms. * **Access Governance:** Support the IGA team in periodic access reviews and audits (access certifications) to ensure compliance and identify inappropriate access. * **Process Automation:** Identify opportunities and implement automation in request, approval, and provisioning workflows for access. * **Support and Assistance:** Serve as the primary contact point for resolving incidents and requests related to identities and access. * **Documentation:** Maintain up-to-date documentation of IAM policies, standards, and procedures. * **Risk Analysis:** Collaborate with the security team on analyzing risks associated with identities and access, and propose improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in **Information Security** roles, with a focus on **IAM**; * Experience with commercial **IDM/IGA** solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, or CoffeeBean); * Familiarity with fundamental IAM concepts: **RBAC** (Role-Based Access Control), **ABAC** (Attribute-Based Access Control), **user provisioning**, and **identity federation**; * Experience managing identity in **Cloud Computing environments** (e.g., AWS); * Residency in **Joinville/SC or nearby regions**. **Additional Information** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related fields. * Scripting language knowledge for **automation**, such as **Python** or **PowerShell**. * Understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as **SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect**. * Knowledge of **Google Workspace**, including user, group, and policy management. * Experience with **Identity as a Service (IDaaS)** and **Privileged Access Management (PAM)** solutions. * Vendor-specific IAM security certifications (e.g., IAM Academy). * Knowledge of data protection regulations such as the **LGPD (General Data Protection Law)**. * Familiarity with emerging IAM trends, such as **passwordless authentication**. **Work Model:** * 8-hour daily schedule (Monday through Friday); * CLT employment contract. **We are a Fintech**, a Payment Institution accredited by the Central Bank of Brazil, and **our purpose is to maximize business productivity through technology.** We offer a comprehensive solution for billing management, payments, receivables anticipation, and serve over 200,000 customers—including self-employed professionals, micro-entrepreneurs (MEI), and large enterprises.
