Maintaining workplace organization Meal Allowance: R$ 200.00 Transportation Allowance Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00 Goal Achievement Bonus: R$ 150.00 Main Responsibilities: Provide direct customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience; Register orders in the system, suggest add-ons, review selections with the customer before finalization, and ensure their satisfaction; Prepare products according to company standards, complying with food hygiene and safety regulations, ensuring expected quality and consistency; Maintain inventory organization, monitoring expiration dates and types of supplies, following leadership guidelines; Perform thorough store cleaning, including equipment and ice cream machine, promoting an appealing environment that meets required hygiene standards; Periodically sanitize the ice cream machine, ensuring product quality and proper equipment operation as trained; Support other related activities as needed or directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Strong interpersonal communication skills; Attention to cleanliness, personal hygiene, and workplace organization. Available Shift Schedules: 6x1 schedule (one day off per week); Working Hours: Daily from 9:40 AM to 6:00 PM.
