




Job Description: The Head of Technology and Information will serve as the guardian of the digital transformation of Ecosystem 300, leading the development of systems, data, and processes that support the ecosystem’s exponential growth. Their mission is to structure the Technology function as a strategic pillar of performance—connecting CRM and Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure, Security, and Integrations—to ensure efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead the Technology & Information team, with emphasis on an innovation-driven culture, collaboration, and high-impact delivery; * Drive the technology roadmap for the holding company, aligning solutions with strategic and operational goals across business units (Sales, Operations, Finance, and People & Management); * Manage and evolve the corporate systems ecosystem, integrating CRM, ERP, BI, and automation within a modern, secure architecture; * Develop and oversee CRM and Sales Operations, ensuring marketing and sales automation, pipeline management, customer data modeling, and commercial performance analysis; * Implement and maintain IT infrastructure (on-premises and cloud), networks, information security, virtualization, and backup/disaster recovery policies; * Build data pipelines and models for Business Intelligence, integrating diverse sources (CRM, ERP, Marketing, Finance) and delivering highly reliable executive dashboards; * Manage integrations and automations via APIs, middleware, and ETL/ELT tools, ensuring system interoperability and operational scalability; * Ensure IT governance and compliance (ITIL, COBIT, LGPD, ISO 27001) and manage contracts, budgets, and strategic vendors; * Define departmental KPIs, measure efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives grounded in facts and data. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with marketing and sales automation, pipeline management, and integration with ERP and BI; * Customer data modeling, segmentation, and performance and retention analytics; * Server administration (Windows, Linux, cloud, and on-premises); * Networking and information security (firewalls, VPN, VLANs, IDS/IPS); * Virtualization and containers (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes); * Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus); * Backup, storage, and high-availability/disaster recovery policy management; * Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik; * Data modeling and ETL (Power Query, SQL, Python, dbt); * Data integration (APIs, Data Warehouse, Lakehouse); * Creation of executive dashboards and managerial reports; * Data governance and quality (Data Governance, Microsoft Fabric as a plus); * API development and management (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks); * Middleware-based integration (Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato); * Workflow automation across CRM, ERP, BI, and external platforms; * Knowledge of ETL/ELT (Talend, Fivetran, Dataflow) and authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SSO, SAML); * Technology roadmap planning and backlog prioritization; * IT governance (ITIL, COBIT); * Technology cost and contract management; * Cybersecurity and compliance (LGPD, ISO 27001); * Technical leadership and management of cross-functional teams. 2512080202191854255
