Job Summary: The Production Assistant is responsible for various operational activities on the production line, including visual inspection, material replenishment, operational testing, organization, and preparation of materials. Monitoring and control of materials and processes Production Assistant Responsibilities: · Visually inspect materials; replenish the production line; perform operational tests; · Load defective materials to the scrap/reuse area; · Place materials and finished products into their respective transportation means; · Verify work orders and record produced parts; assist machine operators, deburr and package parts; · Load raw materials into machines; sort materials; · Perform general cleaning and organization at the workplace and anywhere in the facility, following safety guidelines. · Prepare molds for PU injection; identify materials by serial number; monitor material quantities on the production line; · Identify defective materials; coordinate with other operations; monitor process progress; · Complete material damage request forms; send non-conforming materials to warehouse and storeroom; replace defective materials; track working hours; Use personal protective equipment (PPE); request material replenishment; place materials in labeled boxes; work in a team; and other duties inherent to the role. * Overtime may be required * This position includes an insalubrity allowance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.112,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Education allowance * Basic food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you available to work overtime?
