What We Expect From You * Education: Completed high school, or currently enrolled in or graduated from higher education in fields such as Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related disciplines; Nice-to-Have Qualifications: * Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS); * Quality tools (Ishikawa diagram, 5W2H, flowcharts, etc.); * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel is a plus); * Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other sector-specific standards is desirable. Main Responsibilities: Support the preparation, review, and control of quality documents (SOPs, work instructions, manuals, etc.); Conduct inspections and internal audits under supervision, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures; Assist in non-conformance analysis and track corrective and preventive action plans (5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.); Collect and analyze quality control data (KPIs, charts, reports); Support training and awareness initiatives on quality for teams; Ensure traceability of records and documents required by certifications (e.g., ISO 9001\); Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, PDCA); Support customer or certification body audit processes.
