We are looking for an **HR Assistant** to work on a strategic project with an initial duration of 2 months, with possibility of subsequent hiring. \-\> Key Responsibilities * Evaluation and analysis of resume database * Organization and structuring of professional profiles * Matching candidates with German companies * Preparation and facilitation of interviews * Writing summaries and post-interview feedback * Direct support to the project manager * Interface with the team in Germany \-\> Requirements * Prior experience in HR (regardless of academic background) * Experience with interviews and matching processes with companies * German language proficiency at B1 or advanced B2 level (mandatory) * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail \-\> Preferred Qualifications * Proactivity * Adaptability * Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks * Interest in international recruitment \-\> Additional Information * Project with an initial duration of 2 months * Real possibility of permanent employment after the period * Business hours in Brazil * Frequent contact with the team in Germany \-\> Salary negotiable depending on candidate's experience.
