Support for continuous improvement of payroll processes We are seeking a **Senior Payroll Analyst** with extensive experience in HR sub-processes related to personnel administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all payroll cycle activities. This professional will play a critical role in operations, supporting key routines, integrations, and labor charge calculations, while using **SAP** as the primary system. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform **full payroll processing** (monthly payroll, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, profit-sharing bonuses [PLR], and advances) for all our units * Handle **large-volume payroll**, ensuring data consistency, organization, and critical analysis * Carry out calculations and analyses of **taxes and labor charges**: INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTF, and other ancillary obligations * Perform **SAP integrations and reconciliations**, including basic configuration, interface monitoring, and inconsistency resolution * Validate payroll jointly with the accounting team * Ensure compliance with **labor legislation**, collective bargaining agreements, and internal policies * Support HR, Finance, and Controller areas with payroll-related reports, analyses, and KPIs * Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence and technical explanations when required * Support continuous improvement of payroll processes by proposing optimizations and automation **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources**, or related fields * Solid experience in **high-volume payroll processing**, preferably in medium- and large-sized companies * Proficiency in **taxes, labor charges, and ancillary obligations** (IRRF, INSS, FGTS, eSocial, DCTF, etc.) * **Proven SAP experience** (Payroll / HCM / SuccessFactors modules — as applicable) * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude * Up-to-date knowledge of **labor and social security legislation** * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Willingness to work 100% on-site in Joinville **Additional Information** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Performance Bonus Program Meal Allowance Transportation Benefit Private Pension Plan Attendance Incentive Program Partnerships with Educational Institutions Childcare Assistance Extended Maternity Leave Nursing Mothers’ Room Resumes from People with Disabilities are welcome for all positions. **Tupy** is a Brazilian multinational with over 80 years of history, present in more than 40 countries and recognized for cutting-edge technology applied to manufacturing structural cast iron components for sectors such as transportation, infrastructure, agribusiness, and energy.
