Job Summary: Analyst responsible for reviewing, validating, and optimizing the consumption structure of raw materials, inputs, and components, ensuring alignment with engineering, production, and standard costs. Integrate departments such as Production, Engineering, PCP, and Quality **Job Description:** ---------------------- Review, analyze, and validate the consumption structure of raw materials, inputs, and components, ensuring alignment among engineering, production processes, and standard costs. Conduct time and motion studies (chronological analyses) to determine standard times for productive operations, setups, and indirect activities, focusing on cost accuracy and productivity. Identify deviations between actual vs. theoretical consumption and planned vs. executed times, proposing corrective actions and improvement opportunities. Update and maintain technical records related to process times, manufacturing routings, and technical bills of materials (BOM), ensuring consistency of information used by the finance department. Prepare financial impact analyses arising from changes in processes, layout, methods, materials, or production volumes. Participate in continuous improvement, cost reduction, operational efficiency enhancement, and process standardization projects. Collaborate integrally with Production, Engineering, PCP, Quality, and Procurement to ensure technical-financial alignment of process information. Develop and monitor performance indicators related to productive times, efficiency, losses, and material consumption. Support internal and external audits by providing technical evidence regarding times, methods, and cost structures. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Technical education with industrial emphasis or related fields. Knowledge of chronological analysis, time and motion studies, line balancing, and process standardization. Experience with production routings, standard times, setups, and production parameters.
