Perform stocking, organization, and cleaning of the pastry area, ensuring a suitable working environment. Conduct quality control of product texture, flavor, and presentation, always in compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (GMP). Plan production, monitor inventory of raw materials, and strictly adhere to preparation timelines, producing according to the department's daily demand.
