Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- Joinville (SC):** Are you passionate about sales, enjoy being outdoors, talking to people, and closing great deals? Key Responsibilities: Responsible for prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities), operating in regions of interest to the company. Primary objective is to continuously drive financing business generation between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. What we are looking for: * Commercial profile, with enthusiasm for sales and targets; * Results-oriented mindset, with determination to achieve and exceed monthly goals; * Strong communication and empathy in customer service; * Organizational skills and proactivity. Requirements: * Must reside in Joinville (SC); * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related areas; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new clients, with a focus on achieving quality targets and results; * Experience managing a client portfolio; * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
