Milium is a company specializing in financial and credit solutions, offering services designed to facilitate access to financial resources for individuals and businesses. **Responsibilities:** Handle store requests; evaluate, confirm, and ensure execution by service providers; conduct regular store visits; follow up on service resolution and quotations; prepare weekly reports; organize service scheduling for the execution team; develop new service providers; complete services with stores and service providers; update and deliver reports to maintenance managers. Previous experience as a Maintenance Specialist, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
