Prior experience operating boilers is required, preferably using bark or in similar industrial processes; knowledge of boiler control and monitoring systems. Commitment, organization, responsibility, proactivity, and flexibility. **Main Responsibilities:** Operate and monitor the bark-fired boiler; control the supply of bark and other inputs necessary for boiler operation; regulate temperature, pressure, and other operational parameters; perform cleaning and preventive maintenance on the boiler and auxiliary systems; monitor exhaust and gas emission systems; carry out other related tasks as directed by management. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance: BRL 1,000.00 per month; Meal Voucher: BRL 45.00 per business day; Life Insurance; Health Plan; Dental Plan; Transportation Voucher.
