Act as a partner to leadership teams to improve results **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a strategic professional to coordinate, at the national level, Orbenk Group’s training initiatives. This role will be responsible for delivering standardized, effective, and scalable training programs, ensuring operational teams remain continuously prepared to meet business demands in a dynamic and highly complex operational environment. Key Responsibilities \- Coordinate and structure Orbenk Group’s operational training, ensuring standardization, quality, and alignment with internal processes and policies. \- Develop, train, and monitor training multipliers across units (supervisors, nutritionists, team leaders, and managers). \- Identify training needs in collaboration with operational areas, proposing solutions aligned with business strategy and objectives. \- Plan, implement, and monitor technical, behavioral, and operational leadership training programs. \- Monitor training KPIs (participation, effectiveness, adherence, and post-training performance). \- Ensure continuous content updates, incorporating operational, legal, and market changes. \- Partner with leadership teams to support team development and improve operational results. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in Training and Development, preferably within operational and decentralized environments (services, facilities management, food services, or large-scale operations). * Experience in training and monitoring internal instructors and knowledge multipliers. * Strong communication skills, a didactic approach, and the ability to engage diverse audiences and hierarchical levels. * Analytical mindset, results orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel occasionally between units. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- PJ (Individual Contractor) **PwD Inclusion:** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Attendance bonus Transportation allowance Dental plan Pharmacy benefit program University partnership program Totalpass **Work Location:** ---------------------- Joinville\-SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 7:44 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
