




Legião da Boa Vontade – LBV is hiring a **Social Educator**: The **Social Educator** is responsible for promoting citizenship and social inclusion, community development and integration of groups in situations of social vulnerability through socio-educational, cultural, and recreational activities, aiming to strengthen skills and knowledge of fundamental rights and guarantees of individuals to overcome challenges and build autonomous life projects, in pursuit of a society that is solidarity-based, altruistic, and ecumenical. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop socio-educational activities through conversations, debates, discussion circles, playful experiences, artistic-cultural and leisure activities, with the aim of strengthening bonds among users, families, and unit professionals; * Pursue continuous training to acquire general knowledge, themes, and responsibilities related to contemporary society and citizenship, with the purpose of defining service objectives and focus areas; * Assist service participants in the dining room and foster autonomy through practical support and confidence-building skills; **Requirements and qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Higher education in related fields is desirable)** * Experience in Social Assistance and Bond Strengthening Services (SCFV) is desirable; * Availability to work required hours; **Additional information** * Workload: **150 hours per month** * Schedule: **11:30 AM to 5:30 PM** * Monday to Friday **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meal; * Health plan – after permanent hiring; * Dental plan – after permanent hiring; * SESC partnership; * Discounts on gyms and sports activities – **Wellhub**; * Life insurance; * Training and capacity-building program. **Legião da Boa Vontade (LBV)** is a nonprofit organization that transforms the lives of thousands of people every day through education and social assistance.
