




Job Description: * Design and implement learning journeys and corporate programs (technical and leadership schools) aligned with business strategy and organizational values. * Map training needs with departments, structuring innovative educational solutions (in-person, online, hybrid). * Implement and monitor the Performance Management cycle (goals, competencies, IDP), supporting managers and teams. * Select, hire, and supervise training consultancies/partners, ensuring quality, timeliness, cultural alignment, and budget management. * Develop and monitor corporate education and HDO indicators, presenting analyses and proposals for continuous improvement. * Create and manage internal knowledge pathways and content, fostering a culture of continuous learning. * Act as a technical reference for the area, guiding managers and influencing development and engagement practices. * Support talent succession and development processes. * Contribute to strengthening organizational culture, climate, and engagement in partnership with other HR areas. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, or related fields; postgraduate studies will be a differentiator. * Proven experience in Training & Development and Performance Management, preferably in medium or large companies. * Experience implementing HDO programs and processes from scratch. * Proficiency in corporate learning methodologies, performance evaluation, and IDPs. * Knowledge of HR metrics and indicators (KPIs and OKRs). * Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders and manage vendors/consultancies. * Strong communication skills, systemic thinking, and results orientation. Differentiators * Experience in essential services, infrastructure, or high-volume operational companies. * Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning tools. * Prior involvement in culture and engagement programs.
