Welcoming, dynamic and collaborative environment The main objective of this position is to **bring maturity to the DevOps area**, acting strategically and hands-on in evolving the tech stack, pipelines, and processes. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead the **structuring and maturation of the DevOps area**, proposing and implementing best practices. * Analyze, maintain, and evolve **CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring efficiency, stability, and security. * Work closely with code, supporting **updates, improvements, and standardization**. * Collaborate with the development team to evolve the current tech stack. * Ensure best practices for version control, automation, monitoring, and deployment. * Support technical decisions related to cloud infrastructure and architecture. ### **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience as **Senior DevOps**. * Strong background in **software development**. * Practical experience with **PHP / Laravel**. * Consistent knowledge of **MVC architecture**. * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** (creation, maintenance, and optimization). * Hands-on experience with **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Ability to work autonomously, with critical thinking and a focus on continuous improvement. * Availability or interest in **on-site work in Joinville/SC** in the medium term. ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience in environments that underwent **DevOps structuring or maturation**. * Experience in agile teams and collaborative environments. **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic and collaborative environment.
