We work so that people can smile more and better, without fear of being happy! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspections on finished product processes; * Ensure proper handling and storage of instruments and/or measuring devices; * Guarantee that instruments and/or measuring devices are fit for use; * Provide support to the Quality Department when required; * Critically evaluate the entire process and propose improvements; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization; * Conduct product inspections according to specifications; * Approve or reject incoming, intermediate, and finished products following inspections; * Manage non-conforming products generated by the process; * Record inspections as established by the Quality Management System; * Identify and report process-related non-conformities to responsible personnel, ensuring appropriate corrective actions per the Quality Management System; * Monitor and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment, internal standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Quality or related fields. * Basic metrology experience is desirable. * Availability to work during standard business hours. **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Company Cafeteria; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Birth Gift; * Clarear Program: comprehensive health care; * Wellhub (Gympass) * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Daycare Assistance (per company policies); * Education Assistance \| After 12 months (per company policies); *Learn more on our careers page via Gupy or on our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transform Lives Through Smiles**, this is FGM’s purpose.
