Job Summary: This PCP Analyst will be responsible for production planning and rescheduling, controlling the utilization of machines and equipment, and preparing management reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of management reports and inventory control OPEN POSITION \| PCP ANALYST – JOINVILLE/SC Imediatta RH is conducting the selection process for a PCP Analyst position at BTOMEC Ferramentaria in Joinville/SC. Salary: R$ 6\.000,00 Working Hours: 07:30 to 17:30 Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation voucher * Partnerships with optical stores, pharmacies, SESI Odonto, Clinimed, language schools, and educational institutions Responsibilities: * Develop production schedules according to priorities defined jointly with relevant departments * Reschedule production in response to priority changes * Execute and/or modify material requisitions for manufacturing orders * Control machine and equipment utilization for production planning and control purposes * Prepare management reports (machine load, planned vs. actual hours, on-time delivery, and rework) * Define and control minimum and maximum inventory levels for materials * Monitor production together with support departments to meet deadlines Requirements: * Completed technical high school education * Experience in PCP role Employment Type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Health and commercial discount agreements * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
