If you wish to contribute to a global leader and want to leave your mark, apply for this opportunity! **Responsibilities and Duties** **ACTIVITIES:** * Develop and implement communication strategies to promote engagement campaigns on institutional topics and information for the internal audience. * Produce and adapt content for various internal channels (intranet, emails, corporate TV, and mobile app), ensuring timeliness and relevance. * Efficiently manage and organize content to ensure accessibility and practicality. * Interface with internal clients to gather briefing requirements and produce communication materials, as well as cover and produce content for internal channels. * Coordinate deliverables with stakeholders to ensure messages align with organizational culture and the company’s strategic objectives. * Support the organization and execution of internal events and commemorative dates. * Monitor engagement metrics and communication effectiveness. * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement adjustments to communication strategies. * Plan and execute initiatives that foster engagement, cross-departmental connection, and employee appreciation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** **** * Degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. * Prior experience in corporate communication or endomarketing. * Experience in briefing collection, project management, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders. * Storytelling skills, with the ability to structure and convey messages clearly, strategically, and compellingly. * Preferred: knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.). * Preferred: prior experience in internal communication within the industrial sector. * Availability to work 100% onsite in Joinville. **Additional Information** **We offer benefits to support your well-being and future:** **Compensation and Incentives:** Variable Compensation (PRT) Attendance Bonus Tupy Multi-Benefit Card: usable at establishments affiliated with the company. **Financial Planning and Well-being:** Private Pension Plan Group Life Insurance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance On-site Restaurant **Education and Development:** SESI/SENAI Partnership Leisure and Quality of Life Tupy Athletic Association – Sports and Leisure Incentive (Gym, Martial Arts, Sports Courts and Events; Restaurants and Cafés; Leisure Areas for Employees and Families; Authorized consumption using the company ID card).
