We strive to enable people to smile more and better, without fear of being happy! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate CNC machines following the Production Order and established work instructions; * Sort and organize required tools, fixtures, and documents at the start of setup and make them available to the setup technician; * Load the feeder with raw material as required by the process; * Perform part measurements according to the Inspection Template (IT) and accurately record results on the inspection sheet; * Enter production data into Production Orders and systems (SAP / Syneco); * Clean the machine, remove chips, and maintain filter cleanliness after replacements; * Keep the workplace consistently clean and organized; * Follow safety standards established in work instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work the 2nd shift (from 2:00 PM to 10:53 PM); * Preferred: Currently enrolled in a Technical Program in Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or related fields; **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Birth Gift; * Clarear Program: comprehensive health care; * Wellhub (Gympass) * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance Plan; * Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Daycare Assistance (subject to company policies); * Education Assistance \| After 12 months (subject to company policies); *Learn more on our career page via Gupy or on our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transforming Lives Through Smiles** — this is FGM’s purpose.
