Job Summary: Shopping Partage is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, ensuring a safe and organized environment. Position: General Services – Shopping Partage Location: Shopping Partage – Jaraguá do Sul, SC Employment Type: CLT Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Job Description: Shopping Partage is looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join its operational team. This professional will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities, ensuring proper operation of all systems and contributing to a safe, organized, and pleasant environment for customers and store tenants. Main Responsibilities: * Support general electrical, hydraulic, civil, and building maintenance services; * Perform minor repairs and replacements of lighting fixtures, outlets, faucets, valves, and other equipment; * Monitor and assist with scheduled preventive maintenance; * Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities; * Assist in maintaining pumps, motors, lighting systems, and building infrastructure; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and safety of the work area; * Support the technical team and supervise third-party service providers. Requirements: * Elementary or high school education * Prior experience in building maintenance (shopping malls, commercial or industrial condominiums); * Basic knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, and masonry; * Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain good interpersonal relationships; * Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
