Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, and organizing business trips. 2\. Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person, providing information about products, prices, delivery times, and other related matters. 3\. Receive, register, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of information and forwarding them to sales representatives. 4\. Assist in preparing commercial proposals, budgets, and contracts, as well as monitoring sales progress and updating customer records in the system. 5\. Maintain accurate and organized records of all commercial documents, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations. 6\. Collect, analyze, and report data related to commercial activities, including sales performance, market trends, customer satisfaction, and feedback from the sales team. 7\.
