Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing and testing batteries and vehicle charging systems, managing warranties, registering information in the system, and providing customer service. Customer service RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze overall battery condition and perform testing; analyze vehicle charging system; receive and manage warranty claims; register information in the system (BTR); provide customer service. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education. Having a technical background will be an advantage.
