Job Summary: Transport materials, transfer products, prepare trip reports, verify routes, and serve customers, ensuring cargo security and vehicle maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for cargo and vehicle maintenance **BITREM TRUCK DRIVER (9 AXLES).** **Location:** Atiradores, Joinville / SC. **Responsibilities:** Transport materials along various routes, transfer products and assets between units, prepare trip reports, verify routes to ensure transportation compliance, and serve internal and external customers according to the delivery schedule. Responsible for cargo security during transit, vehicle and equipment maintenance, cargo inspections when required, and intrastate and interstate trips. **Requirements:** **Completed elementary education;** **Direct experience with Bitrem, or at least 2 years’ experience with semi-trailers;** **MOPP course mandatory;** **Proficiency in using smartphones and tablets;** **No restrictions on driving older vehicles with manual transmission or during nighttime shifts.** **Compensation:** **Base salary:** R$ Variable salary up to 8\.000 depending on trips. **Bonus:** “Top-Rated Driver” bonus up to 4\.000 **Overtime pay:** 50% and 100% premium **Per diems:** 75.00 / 85.00 **Average net monthly income:** R$ 5\.000,00 to R$ 8\.000,00\. **Benefits:** * Union agreement; * Pharmacy benefit; * SEST/SENAT agreement. **Work Schedule:** **As per operational demand.** Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Driver’s License: Class E Willingness to travel * SEST/SENAT agreement * Pharmacy benefit * Bonus: “Top-Rated Driver” * Overtime pay * Per diems * Union agreement
