Job Summary: Participate in identifying training needs, as well as in designing, developing, and delivering training programs—preparing instructional materials and supporting leadership and team development. IDP – Leadership Development Behavioral Profile Assessments Monitoring of e-learning development paths Monitoring of OJT (On-the-Job Training) **Responsibilities:**· Conduct training needs assessments; * Plan, organize, and deliver in-person and online training sessions according to departmental requirements. * Develop and update instructional materials, presentations, manuals, and supporting content for internal training. * Support and monitor the Individual Development Program (IDP) focused on leadership development. * Administer and analyze behavioral profile assessments to support employee and leadership development. * Monitor and track e-learning development paths, ensuring employee participation and progress. * Track and oversee OJT (On-the-Job Training), ensuring proper implementation and documentation of training activities. * Support managers in developing their teams through guidance on training and learning paths. **Requirements:**Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Leadership, customer focus, initiative, and entrepreneurship, with strong teamwork skills, good interpersonal relationships, effective communication, results orientation, planning, and organization. Availability to work standard hours at the Guaramirim Apparel Unit and the Corupá Processing Unit.
