Success in this role will be directly linked to the ability to balance compliance and pragmatism, contributing to safer decision-making, appropriate risk mitigation, and continuous process improvement—with sustainable impact on the organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in conducting process walkthroughs through interviews and flow analysis to understand existing risks and controls. * Support updating and formalizing the internal risks and controls matrix together with business areas, aiming for proper identification and mitigation of corporate risks. * Support external audit processes and other audits by providing information and evidence related to internal controls over critical processes. * Monitor action plans arising from Internal and External Audits, tracking deadlines and effectiveness of actions to mitigate identified risks. * Plan and monitor reviews of business practices and regulatory documents to ensure continuous process improvement and adherence to policies and procedures. * Conduct and maintain the CSA (Control Self-Assessment) process for critical controls according to the department’s plan, aiming to strengthen the internal controls environment. * Monitor internal controls indicators and area project results, preparing analyses and management reports to support decision-making. * Act as a multiplier agent for internal controls and risk management culture through guidance and training provided to business areas. * Understand and analyze findings from Internal Audit, coordinating with departments to develop corrective and improvement action plans. * Support and conduct access management and review processes for critical systems, ensuring segregation of duties and mitigation of access-related risks. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Commercial Management. * Experience in internal controls, risk management, or auditing, including participation in process mapping and control evaluation. * Experience supporting internal and external audits, interacting with various departments and monitoring action plans. * Experience collaborating with business areas to contribute to discussions on risks, controls, and process improvement. * Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
