Direct involvement in achieving targets MANAGER – AUTO CENTER **Location:** Rio Negro – São Bento do Sul/SC **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 3495.00\+ commission (up to R$ 8\.000.00\) **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Health insurance Dental insurance **Responsibilities:** Responsible for store administration, team coordination (mechanics, sales staff, and customer service representatives), ensuring service quality, inventory control, financial performance, handling complex customer situations, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Direct involvement in achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** High school diploma Experience in team management Knowledge of auto centers, workshops, or related fields **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
