Send us your resume! **This and all other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support activities related to configuration and monitoring of network equipment—including switches, routers, and firewalls—following established procedures. * Perform basic troubleshooting routines, identify failures, and escalate more complex issues to senior professionals. * Collaborate in updating technical documentation and recording performed activities, contributing to the organization and traceability of area-related information. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Network Equipment Configuration and Management, Network Documentation and Inventory, Infrastructure Monitoring and Automation. **Preferred Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields; currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Technology. Advanced certifications in Networking (e.g., ITIL Foundation, MTCNA, CompTIA Network\+). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00\.
