Job Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed (Information Systems, Systems Analysis, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Law). * Experience using ServiceNow for handling and tracking requests. * Knowledge of the Coupa system for creating and managing purchase requisitions. * Understanding of Information Technology services and their procurement models. * Knowledge of accounting rules and service invoice standards. * SAP MM Module – Creating Purchase Requisitions (PR), Viewing Purchase Orders (PO), Analyzing, tracking, and approving purchases, Supplier Management, and Tracking Procurement Documents. * Ability to perform analyses, data consolidation, and report generation (spreadsheets, charts, status reports, KPIs). * Experience interacting with suppliers, internal departments, and managers for alignment, follow-ups, and approval workflows. * Knowledge of cost allocation, cost reclassification, and financial controls for projects. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. Desirable Requirements: * Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization. * Intermediate English or Spanish. * Ensure accurate execution of supplier and IT contract payments, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms, approvals, and received invoices. * Maintain up-to-date controls and databases for suppliers, contracts, and IT payments. * Perform data extraction, analysis, and consolidation using spreadsheets, reports, charts, and status reports. * Serve as the focal point for IT Governance in addressing pending items, approval workflows, invoices, and variable consumption. * Handle tickets in ServiceNow, create purchase requisitions in Coupa, and track the entire process through final payment in SAP. * Document work instructions and ensure proper organization of processes related to the IT payment cycle. * Provide visibility to IT management regarding payment KPIs and propose continuous process improvements. 2512130202201918131
