We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in. **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.** Key Responsibilities: * Conduct sales activities for products and services within assigned segments, aiming to consolidate engagement with end customers of company products. * Prospect new opportunities/projects by engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and developing relevant solutions to meet their requirements. * Sell to customers and/or manage accounts of representatives, specific customers, or products—ensuring achievement of established monthly and annual sales targets and schedules. * Support strengthening and expanding relationships with accounts/customers. * Provide customer service and support, guiding customers on technical specifications, product applications, quotations, and delivery timelines. * Internally monitor order fulfillment, contributing to product quality assurance. * Develop visit schedules enabling optimal customer service and efficient service delivery. * Assess market potential and provide data to support formulation of annual sales plans. * Collaborate with marketing and product development engineering teams on product enhancement and development initiatives. * Participate in defining commercial strategies in coordination with superiors and other departments to enhance technical and commercial competitiveness of proposals. * Attend technical meetings, trade fairs, congresses, and industry-related events. * Design and deliver training courses, presentations, and webinars to promote the brand, company, and sales. * Conduct technical-commercial training and presentations to customers showcasing Andritz products. * Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage sales opportunities and customer-related information for Andritz. * Promote personal, team, and stakeholder safety—including all parties potentially impacted by our corporate activities. * Communicate customer goals, product & service requirements, and represent customer interests internally at Andritz—ensuring customer expectations are met and effectively managed. * Prepare and publish post-meeting customer interaction reports following onsite visits, online meetings, or telephone calls. * Submit expense reports related to external work activities. * Develop in-depth knowledge of our capabilities and the full portfolio of company products and services—maintaining awareness of customer organizational structures. * Prepare and lead the Account Business Plan for the account(s) under responsibility to achieve company-defined objectives and targets. * Support leadership efforts in developing customer-centric solutions while coordinating cross-functional involvement across the company. * Present and reach consensus on contracts related to equipment orders within projects—negotiating performance parameters and mutual obligations jointly with Executive Management and Legal. * Participate in planning and development of the annual sales plan—proposing actions to be implemented throughout the year to achieve the plan, and suggesting strategies to meet targets.
