It helps individuals and businesses manage their savings for retirement and other financial benefits. **Responsibilities:** Perform activities related to the procurement of materials, services, and supplies, including requesting quotations, evaluating proposals, and negotiating with suppliers, always aiming to achieve optimal conditions in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time. Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, contracts, and payments, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. Develop, approve, and evaluate suppliers using performance indicators. Conduct cost, consumption, and purchasing history analyses; prepare management reports; and support continuous improvement and standardization of departmental processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies, corporate procedures, and applicable legislation. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
