The **Mason's Assistant** will be responsible for assisting skilled workers, supervisors, or masons in executing civil construction activities for solar energy projects, adhering to sound work practices and maintaining site organization. * Assist masons or supervisors in construction activities as instructed. * Excavate trenches for underground conduit and junction box installation using appropriate tools. * Manually or mechanically mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials to produce concrete or mortar. * Prepare, organize, and transport materials, tools, machinery, and equipment required for construction activities. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of tools and the work environment. * Assist in tasks such as debris transportation, component handling, and supporting other teams on the construction site. * Follow safety regulations and technical team instructions to ensure safe and efficient work. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity according to onsite construction demands. * Availability for travel for 60 days.
