




Job Summary: Responsible for serving and prospecting cooperative members, offering solutions, products, and services to achieve targets and manage portfolios, while assisting in debt regularization. Cooperative member portfolio management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for serving current and potential cooperative members, assessing their needs, presenting suitable solutions, and offering products and services from the portfolio to meet their expectations, thereby enhancing business performance and achieving targets. * Offer products and services according to each cooperative member’s specific needs. * Market existing portfolio products and services, as well as perform other routine frontline service tasks. * Prospect new cooperative members and new business opportunities beneficial to the cooperative, its members, and the community. * Manage the cooperative member portfolio under one’s responsibility. * Support the PA manager in process execution. * Expand the cooperative member’s relationship with the PA by identifying business opportunities aligned with each member’s profile. * Conduct collections from delinquent members. * Assist cooperative members in regularizing their debts. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). * CPA10 or CPA20 certification * Dynamic and proactive; * Prior experience working with PJ (individual entrepreneur) is desirable; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Clothing allowance, Commissions, Profit-sharing, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
