Operational Team Monitoring and Management **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and communicative professional with leadership capabilities to manage Facilities and Professional Cleaning contracts operationally. The role involves team supervision, customer service, and ensuring the quality of services delivered, while guaranteeing compliance with company-established processes and standards. Key responsibilities: Manage outsourced service contracts in the Facilities and Professional Cleaning areas; Provide customer service and support; Monitor and manage operational teams; Ensure smooth service delivery at work sites; Support operational teams in the Facilities/Professional Cleaning area; Perform staff movements and relocations as required by operational needs. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Driver's License Category B; Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite); Completed high school education; Willingness to travel within the Joinville/SC region; Experience supervising operational teams. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields is a plus; Experience managing teams and background in the Facilities, Cleaning, and Maintenance sector will also be considered advantageous. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PCD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- * Meal Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * Salary Advance Card and discounts; * Dental Plan after probation period. * Pharmacy partnership. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Joinville/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Flexible schedule availability
