**Administrative Assistant**
Provide administrative support to the unit, monitoring indicators, organizing processes, and supporting clinical routines.
Responsibilities include updating the CNES registry, preparing minutes of monthly nursing meetings, controlling and monitoring professional registrations (COREN), assisting in developing and managing the nursing team’s work schedule, managing and opening appointment schedules, supporting SISREG, producing and managing patient ID badges, and providing support to the reception team.
**Requirements:**
* Currently enrolled in Nursing program, from the 4th semester onward
* Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office suite
* Prior experience in administrative routines within the healthcare sector is desirable
**Desired Competencies:**
Organization, attention to detail, responsibility, strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to manage controls and deadlines.
