If you are passionate about fashion, possess leadership qualities, focus on results, and enjoy delivering a unique experience to customers, this opportunity is for you. **Job Information** Position: Store Manager Location: Garten Shopping Salary: R$ 4\.600,00 \+ VT \+ VR \+ VA \+ Bonus Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead, develop, and supervise the sales team; * Ensure excellence in customer service, adhering to the brand's standards and tone of voice; * Monitor store goals, KPIs, and performance results; * Act strategically to boost in-store and online sales; * Supervise store organization and visual merchandising; * Support the creation of digital content and engagement initiatives; * Manage inventory, operational processes, and administrative routines; * Develop customer relationships to foster loyalty and grow the customer base. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (college degree preferred); * Prior experience leading retail teams; * Experience managing goals, KPIs, and performance metrics; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership aptitude; * Proactivity, organization, and performance focus; * Experience in fashion or retail is preferred.
