We are looking for a **Production / Construction Coordinator** to lead factory and construction site operational activities, ensuring execution according to schedule, quality, and safety standards. The professional will coordinate teams, plan resources, and monitor schedules, focusing on productivity and excellent results. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate production and assembly teams on-site; * Plan and monitor construction and production schedules; * Supervise compliance with deadlines, quality, and targets; * Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources; * Perform productivity control and performance reporting; * Support the engineering and design departments with technical information; * Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations; * Conduct operational meetings and monitor performance indicators. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields; * Proven experience in industrial production or metal construction coordination; * Knowledge in technical drawing interpretation, planning, and team management; * Strong communication skills, leadership, and results-oriented; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and designs; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver's license (CNH). **Desirable:** * Experience in metal structure industries or industrial construction projects; * Familiarity with project management tools and performance indicators.
