**Software Development Coordinator** ====================================================== TOTVS | Joinville - SC | Hybrid Job Description You will work on the TOTVS Identity product, handling high-impact projects, AI-driven initiatives, and innovation-focused efforts. You will be responsible for people management, process management, tracking goal delivery, and budget compliance, aiming to build high-performance teams. Responsibilities and Duties * Break down company and segment/platform goals for the development team; * Present metrics and KPIs to teams, leaders, and other stakeholders as needed; * Ensure team goals are delivered to achieve TOTVS’s strategic objectives, by cascading corporate strategy, aligning with and monitoring team delivery progress; * Conduct onboarding for new employees and implement motivation and engagement initiatives; * Foster team development; * Understand and uphold standard work processes; * Build and maintain a high-performance team; * Train and develop successors within your squads, enabling hiring and retention of talent through consistent feedback and on-the-job actions; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation—monitoring overtime, vacations, terminations, time banks, retirement, and other aspects of Brazilian labor law; * Promote TOTVS and Agile culture, exemplifying ethical values and influencing a collaborative mindset through interactions in ceremonies. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT; postgraduate degree in Management is desirable; * Agile methodologies; * People management; * Inspirational leadership; * Customer success focus; * 360-degree communication; * Proactive ownership in dynamic, changing environments.
