Collaboration in studies to identify improvement opportunities Education: Undergraduate Program \- Incomplete PwD: No Employment Type: CLT Benefits: Health plans, Meal allowance, Transportation allowance Description: We seek a professional who wishes to work comprehensively, supporting various departments and directly contributing to work success. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform expense reporting, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and requirements Serve internal and external customers; support calendar management, drafting official letters, reports, and communications; conduct quotations and research; Support indicator monitoring by updating data and spreadsheets for presentation in meetings. Participate in planning development; analyze controls; and plan workflow and document management. Provide active support to company departments; Collaborate on studies to identify and propose opportunities for the company. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience serving internal and external customers (online and via telephone). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Availability for occasional travel and overtime. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM\. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS:** CLT employment contract.
