




* Coordinate and guide the store team to ensure excellent customer service, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve customer service, boost sales, and increase loyalty program sign-ups. 360-degree management of the store’s daily operations alongside the Store Manager, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring cash register closings and revenue reporting, and organizing the sales floor according to the layout established by management. * Previous experience in team leadership or supervision, preferably in retail. Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire the team.
