A strategic, hands-on, results-oriented professional is required. **CLT Employment Contract** Internal and external work (client visits and occasional travel) **Company Offers:** Fixed salary: R$ 3.000,00 Commission based on team goal achievement; Individual commission on personal sales; Vehicle allowance + fuel; (Fixed salary + commissions: earning potential approximately R$ 8.000,00 to R$ 10.000,00 depending on performance) Meal allowance: R$ 18.00/day; Pharmacy allowance: R$ 150.00; Telemedicine; Gym and university partnership discounts; Structured career plan. **Responsibilities** Manage relationships with corporate clients (B2B); Conduct active prospecting for new clients; Lead team management and development; Train and onboard new employees; Monitor performance indicators and goals; Represent and act as a brand ambassador, guiding the team toward results. **Qualifications** * Prior experience in commercial leadership within the Telecommunications sector or similar B2B areas; * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed; * Personal vehicle and availability for occasional travel; * Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset; * Must reside in Joinville/SC.
