This person will be responsible for developing the team, driving results, and delivering a differentiated shopping experience to customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage store operations (opening, closing, organization, and layout) * Lead, train, and develop the sales team * Monitor and drive targets and KPIs (revenue, average transaction value, conversion rate) * Ensure excellence in customer service * Directly engage in sales, especially high-value negotiations * Ensure proper product presentation * Plan commercial initiatives and promotional campaigns * Monitor orders, delivery timelines, and after-sales service * Ensure compliance with company processes and standards **Requirements** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred) * Experience in retail store management * Experience with sales targets and KPIs * Experience leading teams * Basic computer skills (sales systems/ERP) **Behavioral Competencies** * Strong commercial profile and results-oriented * Leadership and ability to motivate teams * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Organizational skills and sense of priority * Proactivity and business acumen Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
