An Industrial Automation Company seeks a Purchasing Coordinator in Joinville. **Responsibilities:** Develop and manage product procurement. Guide procurement staff and assistants, promoting continuous process improvement. Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment methods, and commercial terms with suppliers. Supervise the import process, ensuring that customs clearance costs meet expectations and comply with best practices in foreign trade. Research and establish new suppliers, ensuring supply diversity and security. Monitor and evaluate performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, stockouts, cost savings, etc. Ensure correct issuance and monitoring of purchase orders in the ERP system. Maintain constant communication with Sales, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance departments. Contribute to formulating the company’s procurement policies and strategies. Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance and sustainability standards. Previous experience as Procurement Supervisor, Supply Manager, Procurement Analyst, or Acquisition Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
