Focus on cash flow management, FP&A, and internal controls **Job Description:** ---------------------- ABecker is experiencing growth and seeks a professional to structure and lead the controller's office, ensuring financial visibility, cash flow predictability, and strategic business support. The role will focus on consolidated cash flow, FP\&A, cost centers, internal controls, and governance, ensuring data reliability and cross-departmental integration. We seek a hands-on profile with strategic vision, capable of transforming data into decisions and generating tangible business impact. A strategic position with leadership in controller's office structuring and direct impact on corporate decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Structuring and consolidating cash flow (actual and forecasted) by SPE, company, and consolidated level; Implementing and managing the financial planning (FP\&A) process, including budget vs. actual analysis; Developing financial forecasts (rolling forecast) integrating sales, construction projects, and capital structure; Redesigning and enhancing the chart of accounts and cost centers; Ensuring data reliability and effective ERP utilization; Implementing and strengthening internal controls, policies, and approval authorities; Providing project-level profitability visibility and business performance insights; Acting as an interface among finance, accounting, and operations to promote information integration; Supporting strategic decisions regarding new projects, construction pace, and funding. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Solid experience in controller functions, structured cash flow management, and financial modeling Experience with multiple SPEs (a significant advantage) Strong ERP proficiency and ability to organize financial data Execution-oriented profile, capable of building processes from scratch Owner mindset, organizational skills, and ability to implement discipline Strong business acumen and strategic vision Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with an evolving organizational structure **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controller Functions, or related fields Experience in real estate development, civil construction, or land subdivision sectors Experience in SPE-based financial management and project structures Experience in financial restructuring or departmental organization Knowledge of advanced financial modeling (Excel / BI) **Employment Type:** -------------------------- PJ (Individual Contractor) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Work Location:** ---------------------- ABECKER EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIARIOS LTDA **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00
