Job Summary: A professional responsible for inventory control and reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, financial and cost analysis, preparation of management reports, and strategic support. Work with performance indicators and cost reduction projects. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for inventory control and reconciliation, tracking inventory turnover, variations between average cost and standard cost, and inventory balances held by third parties. Monitors cash flow, performs payment and receipt analysis, analyzes delinquency, and prepares AGING and NCG reports. Tracks budget vs. actuals, production order costs and consumption, as well as production process losses. Controls service orders, evaluating execution, materials used, and descriptions. Works with maintenance reports (MTTR/MTBR) and cost reduction initiatives via SCOPI and the suggestion bank. Monitors performance indicators and provides analytical support to administrative managers and executive leadership. Trains employees on cost centers and accounting accounts, and guides them in using ERP reports. Acts as a strategic partner in data analysis and continuous improvement of operational and financial processes. Responsibilities: \-Conduct internal audits of accounting processes, including invoice entry, inventory control, fixed assets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and taxes; \-Monitor inventory movements, physical inventories, and data accuracy; \-Provide technical support to departments through ABC curve analysis, automated spreadsheets, and vertical and horizontal analyses; \-Execute absorption costing in the management system, identifying fixed and variable production costs; \-Prepare management reports containing economic and financial indicators; \-Develop, jointly with the sales department, commercial policies, pricing strategies, payment terms, and risk analysis; \-Monitor sales performance and the financial health of the customer portfolio; \-Prepare and monitor the annual corporate budget, with monthly reviews; prepare and monitor cost projects; \-Prepare and monitor administrative projects; \-Maintain the goal management and project control system (SCOPI). **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in cost and/or budgeting areas; * Intermediate Excel proficiency, hands-on profile; * Ability to prepare, analyze, and audit data, with understanding of business rules; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Preferred: knowledge of the Protheus system and SQL queries. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Annual Bonus; Attendance Bonus; Transportation Allowance; Fuel Allowance; Education Allowance; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Private Parking; Life Insurance; On-site Cafeteria; Various Partnership Programs. **Work Location:** ---------------------- IMAM \- IMAM **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Regular
