Description

Job Summary: Responsible for loading and unloading raw materials, feeding machines, controlling and organizing materials, assisting in preventive maintenance, and monitoring product quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and feeding of injection molding machines 2. Organization and control of raw materials by type and color 3. Assistance in preventive maintenance and sector cleaning * Load and unload raw materials, feeding injection molding machines or other plastic machines according to the production schedule. * **Control and Organization:** * Sort and organize raw materials by type, color, and other characteristics, ensuring mixtures comply with the formulation matrix. Monitor material stocking and depletion to prevent shortages. * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** Assist in preventive maintenance of machines; clean hoppers and the work area, maintaining order and organization. * **Monitoring and Inspection:** Monitor automatic machine feeding operation and visually inspect material removed from machines to assess quality.
