By performing your duties, you will support dōTERRA’s pursuit of excellence in producing natural wellness solutions. Your dedication to ensuring material quality and process precision directly contributes to empowering communities and delivering the transformative benefits of essential oils to people. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform support cleaning for production processes; transport and prepare raw materials for use; package finished products; move production batches to inventory; maintain order and cleanliness in the work area; assist production operators during filling operations; perform setups; clean machine components; and transport machine components. * Transport packaging materials and raw materials, work-in-process items, and finished goods; * Supply production lines and request replenishment of raw material inventory; * Package and inspect finished products; * Ensure and maintain the workplace and surrounding areas (floors, tools, machines, components) clean and organized according to established standards; * Disassemble components; * Store and sanitize components per standard procedures; * Understand quality standards and perform controls per standard procedures; * Attend daily production meetings; * Collect waste and dispose of it in designated containers correctly; * Consistently follow all occupational health and safety policies and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Familiarity with production workflows or prior production experience is a plus; * Flexibility regarding working hours; **Additional Information** Work Location: Joinville / SC **dōTERRA** was founded in 2008 with an ambitious goal: to change the world—one drop, one person, one community at a time.
