Ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in shipping operations by performing multifunctional tasks across picking, verification, packaging, and dispatch processes—guaranteeing on-time delivery, product integrity, and data accuracy, thereby contributing to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers and optimizing the company’s logistics performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Assist in material collection and loading activities within the area; 2\. Perform cutting, preparation, and packaging of materials, such as bales and pallets; 3\. Assist in tarpaulin covering of raw materials; 4\. Carry out operational tasks—including production order (OF) recording, storage, verification, picking, packaging, assembly, and material organization—in accordance with standard operating procedures; 5\. Assist in tool adjustments and replacements as required to maintain operational efficiency; 6\. Monitor process operations, identify, and report any anomalies or malfunctions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete Elementary Education; * Completed Elementary Education — Preferred. **Additional Information** 1\. Familiarity with shipping and packaging routines. 2\. Overhead Crane Operator Training — Preferred.
