We are seeking an Internal Solutions Analyst to structure, optimize, and evolve internal processes and tools, ensuring operational efficiency, standardization, and scalability to support the company's growth. Your main responsibilities: Manage and evolve Jira workflows, ensuring alignment with team needs. Administer and customize projects, boards, fields, and permissions, ensuring organization and efficiency. Automate internal processes to improve productivity and reduce manual tasks. Ensure governance and standardization of processes and practices within the tool. Manage users, access rights, and permissions to maintain information security and integrity. Support and train teams on efficient use of internal tools and processes. Collaborate with leadership to establish controls, metrics, and operational routines. Monitor and analyze metrics and KPIs to support decision-making. Conduct testing and validation before implementing improvements to ensure quality and stability. Drive continuous improvement and evolution of internal solutions, keeping pace with the company's evolving needs. What we expect from you: * Analytical, organized, and process-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively across different departments. * Proactivity and ownership mindset to identify improvements and propose solutions. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent demands. * Quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools and contexts. Nice-to-have qualifications: * Experience with Jira or similar tools. * Experience with process automation. * Experience building and analyzing metrics and KPIs. * Knowledge of process governance.
